Pregnancy is a tapestry of emotions: excitement, nerves, anticipation, uncertainty, love. And it’s truly unique. So to capture this in photographs is to freeze a moment in time which will never be exactly the same again.
And how special to be able to show your baby these photographs when they’re older - to see themselves as a ‘bump’ but also to see how loved they were from the first moment.

Every one’s journey into parenthood is truly unique. And everyone has their own story. Whether bringing a baby into the world has been relatively straightforward for you or an experience tinged with struggle and heartache; whether you got pregnant straight away or have turned to IVF, adoption or surrogacy, your pregnancy story deserves to be told.

And at the heart of that story is a baby who will bring the ultimate joy to your lives - and that’s what I love to capture: the joy, the anticipation, the excitement.

As with all my photo sessions, creating genuine, natural and timeless photographs is at the heart of what I do.

And so is the heart and the joy. So, I will make our session relaxed and even fun. We’ll take a walk around a stunning Cotswolds outdoor location or it will feel like a cosy morning in the comfort of your own home.

I’m a natural light photographer so I will guide you to the best light, give you some gentle direction and prompts but other than that, this is experience is about you and your bump - and there is nothing more beautiful.

FAQ: Who can be involved?

For a maternity photo session, you and bump can be joined by your partner or equally it’s absolutely fine if they don’t want to be involved. A photo session for mama to be and bump is just as special.

FAQ: Where do your sessions take place?

I hold my maternity photo sessions in two places: in-home and outdoors.

In-Home: This means that I come to you and run the photo session in the comfort of your home. I think it’s the perfect place: it’s where you’re most comfortable and the place which is such a big part of your family story.

Outdoors: I use a number of outdoor locations here in the beautiful Cotswolds. Once you have confirmed your booking, I share my location guide with you which takes you through all the options so we can choose the one which is right for you!
